Joran Booth, the project engineer leads the local government officials around the job site surveying the are for a location to start building the bathroom.  In addition we start talking with a local family and a couple of the kids who weren’t in school that day.  The mother of two kids, Omar and Oscar, tells a bit about her life and how she feels about the project.  After determining where to begin work the crew eats lunch and the work continues.
