Early on Wednesday, after the students toured the Chapingo University, a group of a view volunteers went down to the municipal building in the near by city of Mapimi to talk to local government officials about the project.  Due to the fact that project leader Kendon Eakett didn’t speak spanish one of the students, Melissa Dredge translated for him relaying the necessary information.  She talks a bit about what it was like translating and a large portion the project logistics are taken care of.
